都江堰 陜西街文旅地產景觀設計

由于將庭院抬高至二層，而形成了雙首層的概念，大大提升了項目的商業價值。上部園林的水面下即為內街的玻璃頂棚，在波光魚影之下，形成獨特的商業內街天景。在庭院的合適部位，還設置多個貫通型的光庭，將陽光和空氣引入下部的每一層。再輔以草坡、下沉庭院和垂直交通體，整個項目將形成一個秩序井然但充滿趣味的立體城市。

建筑下部沉穩厚重，上部輕盈靈動。下部商業空間以傳統街巷空間的形式呈現，貫通的街道聯系各方，有效疏通古城區內各個方向的游客動線。加之其茶馬古道驛站、古玩一條街的文化元素打造，提供給游客老灌縣街巷的空間體驗。2 層之上的空中庭院酒店卻呈現出隱隱的漂浮感。酒店的客房以傳統的三合院的圍合為主題。

For  this street, the courtyard is designed  for two-storey and  forms    double

ground floor. This design will improve the commercial value for the street.  And the two-storey will be divided by glass ceiling to form a unique  commercial inner street. Also, we design some open courtyard with grassy  slope, sink-style courtyard and vertical transportation in proper place to bring  in the sunshine to ground  floor.

The commercial streets will    spread all the city to and built like the traditional

street. and still we design to build some cultural elements places, like Tea-  Horse Road station, antiques street etc, so the visitors can experience the  street atmosphere for old Guan county. The hotels there will be two-storey  courtyard-style hotel, and the theme will be based on traditional three-section  compound.
